Conservation officers and firefighters worked together to sedate and release the large deer
The rut is in high gear across much of the country and that means fighting bucks are causing a ruckus for some folks. A pair of sparring mule deer bucks crashed through a window and into the basement of a Colorado home, creating a hectic scene.
According to CBS News, the commotion happened around 12:30 a.m. on Sunday, November 9, at a home near Roxborough State Park. After receiving a call about the incident, two Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) officers responded. Realizing they’d need additional assistance to help remove the two large deer, they sought the help of West Metro firefighters.
