Realtree 40th Anniversary Turkey Calls to Highlight the NWTF Convention

Realtree has joined forces with some of the turkey world’s finest custom call makers, and hunters will get to see and hear the results at the 2026 National Wild Turkey Federation Convention.

As part of Realtree’s 40th anniversary celebration, the company commissioned unique hand-crafted box calls from noted craftsmen Marlin Watkins, Mike Lapp, Steve Mann, and Matt Van Cise, plus commemorative anniversary pot calls from Woodhaven Custom Calls and special mouth-call packages from Pistol Creek Outdoors. The calls will be available for sale at the NWTF Convention and Sports Show, to be held Feb. 12 through 14 in Nashville, Tennessee.

“I’ve been a fan of these call makers for so long,” said Realtree’s Tyler Jordan. “For them to be a part of this means a lot. When I called them and asked about it, I wasn’t sure what their reaction would be, but they were all honored by it. I felt equally as honored that these guys would want to put Realtree on their calls and be part of the event to help commemorate our 40th anniversary. I think it makes everything that much sweeter to have them involved. In the turkey world, everybody knows who these guys are and have so much respect for their craft.”

Watkins, Lapp, Mann, and Van Cise each made a set of 16 box calls (one prototype and 15 numbered calls). Each are signed by the call maker and Realtree founder Bill Jordan. Lapp and Mann will display and sell their calls at Realtree’s Convention booth, No. 2029. Watkins will sell calls at the Tools of the Trade booth, No. 1909. Van Cise will have some calls at Realtree’s booth and other parts of the show. People can buy the calls as part of a set or individually as supplies last.

Woodhaven produced 40 anniversary pot-and-peg calls, which will be available at Realtree’s booth. Pistol Creek Outdoors produced a three-call set of diaphragms, which will be displayed at the Realtree booth and Pistol Creek’s booth, No. 613.

All the calls will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Jordan said people who are interested in the calls can reach out to the call makers before the show directly or via social media.

The 40th anniversary call celebration coincides with a new partnership between NWTF and Realtree, which have joined forces to expand support for wild turkey conservation, hunting heritage, and the future of the outdoors by bolstering the NWTF’s Habitat for the Hatch Initiative, a 10-year effort to improve nesting and brood-rearing habitat in Southeast states through the active management of more than 1 million acres by 2033. Realtree is also a Full Strut Sponsor of the 2026 NWTF Convention.
