I've worn this a few times now. A could've if times in the low 30's and it kept me warm with just 2 tshirts layered underneath. 1 time it was the low 20's act I added an UA cold gear top. It was almost too warm. It's quiet. I love the have warmer chest pockets. 1 thing I wished it had was an inside chest pocket. The outside chest pocket does ok. What would make it better would be magnet snaps instead of the zipper. I use it to hold my phone and find it difficult to put my phone in or take it out while seated. I also wish it had a zippered collar to store stow away the hood instead of having to un-Velcro it.
