Realtree offers merchandise for purchase on Realtree.com. We have a variety of different carriers to choose from during check out, based on the item, the weight and the delivery time. When you go to complete your purchase, you will be presented with the shipping options available for those products and associated shipping delivery windows.

When will my order ship?

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday (excluding major U.S. holidays), will ship the same business day. Any orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, and do not include weekends or major U.S. holidays.

Realtree Partner “Dropship” Products & Shipping Window

Realtree showcases products from partners on our website that are available to purchase on Realtree.com. Some of these items are fulfilled directly by them, meaning they ship from a separate warehouse from the location listed on our website. This ecommerce method of purchasing on Realtree.com and having the brand partner ship the product directly is known as “dropship”. The same policies, such as returns, apply to dropship products as to the products we ship directly.

It is important to note that if you purchase products from multiple brands at Realtree.com you may receive multiple packages that may not all arrive simultaneously. Some of the brands available on Realtree.com will ship from locations across the United States. Our goal is to work to provide you with the most accurate estimated time of arrival possible at the time of your purchase. Sometimes there may be unforeseen circumstances that can add fulfillment delays to these dropship items. You can use tracking information from confirmation emails to track packages. If you have questions unanswered from these emails you may contact us and provide your sales order number from your online purchase confirmation.

Realtree does not ship orders internationally.

We only process and deliver orders within the United States.

Does Realtree allow changes to an order?

Our Warehouse team and Dropship partners pick & pack products quickly to assure you receive your order in a timely manner.

Realtree does not allow any amendments or changes once an order is placed. This would include the following: shipping addresses, shipping methods (upgrading to express shipping), email addresses, size/color/camo pattern, and adding/removing an item.

If you’ve changed your mind about your order, you can return the order (or part of it) to us for a refund with our return options here after you have received the product.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products for a full refund of the purchase price (less original shipping fees) within 30 days of purchase. Realtree does not offer product exchanges. Instead, please return your item for a refund and then purchase your intended product.

Shipping costs for any returns will not be reimbursed by Realtree unless there was a shipping error or product damage.

Start your return online here. You may also find the return option within your Realtree.com account (if you have registered), as part of your purchase history. Log in to your Realtree.com account and go to My Orders and select the item that is eligible for Return. You will then be presented with the web page form to begin the Return process.

Box up your items, apply the label provided, and ship the item(s) back to us. You’ll get an email when your items have been received and your return has been processed, after inspection.

The shipping label generated by our Return process will include our Ship To address.

Upon receiving and processing the returned item(s), we will refund the cost of the returned item(s) plus sales tax to the credit card you originally used to purchase the item(s). Please allow 10 – 15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Realtree only accepts returns on merchandise that has been purchased on Realtree.com. If you purchased your item from a retail store or other online seller, please contact them. There are many products distributed in the Realtree camouflage patterns that are sold by our partners and are not offered on Realtree.com

Ring Returns: Please contact our Realtree Store customer service department before returning rings.

Bathing Suits: Bathing suit bottoms will not be refunded if the sanitary strip has been removed or tampered with.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

We pride ourselves on offering outdoor enthusiasts well built, premium quality products and apparel. If your product that you purchased from the Realtree store fails for any reason due to defects in materials or workmanship, we will replace it at our discretion. Because all products have a life span that varies greatly from person to person, we reserve the right to determine if a product has failed because of normal (warrantable) or abusive (not warrantable) use.

Any item being returned to the Realtree Store for any reason must be accompanied by the sales receipt and sent to us freight prepaid within 30 days from date of purchase. All clothing sent in for warranty consideration must be thoroughly washed and cleaned. Any item returned dirty will be refused. We will not accept your shipment if the package(s) shows signs of external damage. Always inspect your clothing immediately upon delivery, even if you do not plan to use it right away.
