Man Shoots Buck in Walmart Parking Lot
If you've ever bagged a buck in the Walmart parking lot, you might be a redneck. Even if you're not a redneck, you're definitely a simpleminded criminal and a disgrace to gun owners and hunters everywhere.
Arcangelo Bianco Jr., 40, is in big trouble with the Pennsylvania Game Commission for shooting a buck with a handgun in the Walmart parking lot in Burrell Township, Pa. Perhaps he can claim temporary insanity from a raging case of buck fever, but chances are, he's going to pay big. For his crime, he is currently facing a misdemeanor count of reckless endangerment and was slapped with five summary offenses, all hunting law violations, including hunting without a license, shooting on or across highways and unlawful killing or taking of big game. But, Bianco does not stand accused of hunting out of season, because according to the Indianagazette.com, the incident took place on Nov. 26, 2013.
Apparently Bianco had traveled to the plaza to do some banking when he spotted an impressive 10-point buck in the Walmart parking lot. As the deer ran around a corner of the store, Bianco hopped out of his truck, gun in hand, and began firing multiple rounds at the deer.
The defendant pursued the deer through the parking lot and across Old William Penn Highway, where he killed the deer, says Jack Lucas, the wildlife conservation officer who investigated the incident. The defendant then loaded the deer into his vehicle and took it to a meat processor for butchering.
Lucas says it was the nicest buck he's seen taken in Indiana County in a couple of years.
What do you think about what this guy did? Ever see a great buck in an usual place?
