Grilled Wild Turkey and Sausage Skewers

The premise is simple. Cube up the turkey breast and your favorite sausage link (smoked, andouille, chorizo, Polish, Bratwurst, you pick) and a few vegetables, slide them on water-soaked bamboo skewers, season well and sear on a hot grill. It's that simple and you can have it on a plate from start to finish in about half an hour. I like the Weber Brand Kick'n Chicken spice blend because it packs just a bit of heat, but experiment with several of your favorites.
