Coyotes have bitten three people in North Phoenix, Arizona, neighborhoods over a three-day period.
According to 12 News, the first incident occurred Saturday, December 10, after a 4-year-old was bitten on the leg while walking with family members. The second incident occurred the same day when a coyote bit a jogger. The third incident in the area was reported Monday morning after a coyote bit a man on his heel.
All three individuals received medical treatment and rabies shots.
Arizona Game and Fish captured one coyote Sunday night and is searching for others.
Game and Fish reports there have been 28 reported coyote/human attacks in the Phoenix area in the last 26 years.
