Realtree’s “Whitetail” Giveaway Sweepstakes is offered by Jordan Outdoor Enterprises, Ltd a/k/a Realtree (“Sponsor”), 1390 Box Circle, Columbus, Georgia 31907 . The Sweepstakes will begin at 12:01 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Wednesday, July 23, 2026 and end at 11:59 PM EST on Tuesday, September 1, 2026.
1) NO PURCHASE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.
2) Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open only to persons who are legal residents of the United States including the District of Columbia, excluding residents of New York Florida, and Rhode Island. You must be 21 or older to participate. Employees of Jordan Outdoor Enterprises, Ltd., and its subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, retailers, merchants and advertising and promotional agencies, as well as their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) and individuals living in the same households as such employees are ineligible. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the sSweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. By participating in the Sweepstakes, all entrants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Winning the prizes (described below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
3) How To Enter. No purchase is necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. During the Entry Period, entry into the Sweepstakes can be completed only as follows: Participants must complete the Sweepstakes form on Realtree’s Field Ready Landing Page: https://realtree.com/field-ready-giveaway. No other form of entries outside of this method will be accepted. By entering the Sweepstakes, each participant acknowledges that he/she agrees to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and all participating prize partners within the Sweepstakes and will not be acknowledged or returned. . All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
4) Ineligible Entries. If Sponsor receives more than one (1) Sweepstakes entry as permitted for any entrant, including under variations of name or email address, Sponsor reserves the right to void all such entries. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected or scrambled entries. Incomplete or illegible entries will not be accepted. Entries by any automated process or bot, or by any third party, or web site or online service, including without limitation commercial promotion subscription notification or entering services, are ineligible and shall be void.
5) Odds of Winning. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

All federal, state and local taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of each winner. Tax reporting is required and winners must provide Sponsor with their social security number and a verifiable address in order to comply with relevant tax reporting obligations. Prize and its components may not be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash, except as expressly permitted in these Rules; provided, that Sponsor may substitute prize or any component of equal or greater value due to prize availability. In the event the winner is unable to accept the prize for any reason, and notifies Sponsor prior to September 8, 2026, no later than 11:59 P.M. EST, a new winner will be selected following the procedures outlined above.
7) Winner Notification and Verification. At the end of the Sweepstakes, eight (8) winners will be randomly chosen using a random number generator. The drawing shall occur on September 1, 2026. Being named a potential winner is subject to validation and verification of eligibility and compliance with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. Sponsor will contact the potential winner at the email address provided with entry to assess eligibility. Within seven days of first attempted notification by Sponsor, potential winner will be required to reply with confirmation of receipt. Winners may be required to complete, sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and indemnification, an IRS W-9 form, a publicity release where allowed by law, as well as other documents that Sponsor may require. Failure to respond, failure to meet eligibility, or to meet any of the Sweepstakes’ requirements may result in prize forfeiture, and an alternate potential winner may be selected.
Potential winner will be contacted by Sponsor in order to obtain required information to deliver the contest prizes, including but not limited to: name, contact info, shipping address, and/or Federal Firearms License information for firearms. Failure to respond, or to meet any requirement within seven (7) days, may result in prize forfeiture, and an alternate potential winner may be selected.
) Prize Restrictions. The following conditions apply to the prize giveaway:
Winner must comply with all federal (U.S.), state and local laws and regulations pertaining to gun ownership, possession, transport and usage. Prize weapons will not be delivered to any state or area where such items are prohibited by law. If delivery, ownership, transport or usage of such weapons would be in violation of any applicable law or regulation, Sponsor may substitute an alternate prize item of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
9) Release and Other Conditions. By accepting the prize, winner agrees that Sponsor, prize providers and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and successors (i) have no liability or responsibility for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind including personal injury or death resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of the prize and will be held harmless against any claims of liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize; and (ii) may use winner’s name, city/state, likeness, biographical information, voice, or statements attributed to winner, for publication, advertising and promotional purposes in any media, without additional consideration, where lawful.
10) Administration of Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any computer or human error or interference which compromises the administration or proper play of the Sweepstakes. All federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply. The Sweepstakes shall be void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes due to fraud or technical failures.
11) Winner’s List and Official Rules. For the winner's name or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your request to Realtree, 1390 Box Circle, Columbus, Georgia 31907, Attn: Johnny Carter, no later than September 15, 2026.
12) Disputes. This Sweepstakes and the Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without respect to conflict-of-law principals. Any action arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be brought exclusively in a state or federal court located in Muscogee County, Georgia, and all participants consent to such jurisdiction, expressly waiving any objection thereto. All disputes shall be resolved individually and not as a class action. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (e.g. costs associated with entering), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
13) In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated or by any event beyond its control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic / pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), cyber attach or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), then subject to any governmental approval which may be required, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes. In the event the Sweepstakes is terminated for any reason, and to the extent feasible, Sponsor may award the prizes via random drawing from among all valid entries received up to the time of such action taken by the Sponsor.
14) Sponsor will share all information from entrants including name, address, email and cell phone information with participating partners who will be supplying contest prizes. All persons who enter the Sweepstakes understand and agree to having their submission information shared with these participating partners. By entering, participants agree that Sponsor’s partner brands may use their contact information for marketing and promotional purposes. 15) Privacy and Communications. By submitting an entry, entrants acknowledge and agree that their information will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy page.
Entrants also agree that Sponsor may contact potential winner(s) about the Sweepstakes, and may use winner’s name, city/state, likeness, biographical information, voice, or statements attributed to winner (if true), for publication, advertising and promotional purposes in any media, without further consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.
Entrants agree that Sponsor may share their contact information with the Prize Providers, and Sponsor and Prize Providers may send the entrants emails with newsletters and information about promotions and offers. Each promotional email will include instructions to opt out of receiving future promotional emails. Except as otherwise may be stated in these Official Rules, information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s or Prize Providers’ privacy policies, as applicable. By submitting an entry, entrants agree to the privacy policies of Sponsor and all Prize Providers.
