The new RealtreeĀ® Legacy pattern is the first collaborative camo pattern design between Bill and Tyler. The Original bark lines of the 1984 pattern, from Billās first sketch, have been infused with a new more versatile color palette, open pockets and zones that create diagonal and horizontal break ups. RealtreeĀ® Legacy is a camo pattern that will reach across generations, offering long-lasting memories to those who enjoy time with their family and friends outdoors.

RealtreeĀ® Original vs RealtreeĀ® Legacy
RealtreeĀ® Legacy is an adaptation of the iconic 1986 RealtreeĀ® Original pattern, with a twist. Looking at the circled areas you will see key differences. (A) One of the main identifiers of the Original pattern, the āfigure 8āsā in both Legacy and Original. Thatās because Originalās dark bark lines make up the base for the new Legacy pattern. The new Realtree Legacy introduces lighter and segmented bark lines that add depth and create a more open feel while keeping to the Original pattern blueprint. Some of the lines have been broken to create horizontal zones in the Legacy pattern. (B) Another key difference is the added texture integrated into Legacy, giving it an organic and natural feel. (C) The color palette between Original and Legacy is also different. Original is filled with cooler hardwood grays and taupe colors, splashed with segments of green, while Legacy is filled with warmer grays, browns, and neutral warm tones. These colors blend in well with the ground floor, trees, and muddy water. (D) Finally, Legacy incorporates naturalistic cutout and drop-shadow effects to better mimic the woodland surroundings, making the pattern versatile and effective for various hunting environments.
