Justin Atkins from Florence, Alabama, is fishing his third season on the Bassmaster Elite Series. The former college angler from Mississippi State had a successful career on the FLW Tour and in 2017 became only the third angler to win the Forrest Wood Cup in their rookie season. In 2018, Atkins won the 2018 Bassmaster Open at Logan Martin Lake and qualified for the Elites by finishing 2nd in the Overall Angler of the Year race.
