While every hunter dreams of serving up their hard-earned wild turkey for Thanksgiving dinner, most quickly discover that the wild turkey doesn't lend itself to the traditional roasted whole bird method. Roasted turkey legs are tough as an old boot. Instead, save the legs for soups and stews and use the breast meat in one of these recipes. Many of these dishes incorporate traditional Thanksgiving flavors with some non-traditional cooking methods. Others have nothing in common with a traditional Thanksgiving dinner; they're just good eats.
